DANGJIN FACTORY

Established in 1987, the Dangjin factory produces a variety of surimi products, including the premium crab flavored surimi stick 'Crami,' which has become synonymous with high-quality surimi products.

The crab flavored surimi stick ‘Crami’, 
which reproduces the unique flavor and texture of crab meat using domestically sourced top-grade ingredients,

POHANG FACTORY

Established in 1994, the Pohang factory produces a variety of food products including crab flavored surimi stick, salted and fermented seafood, fish cake and frozen foods.

Production of comprehensive foods such as salted and fermented pollack roe,

Professionals in each field are actively engaged in research activities to ensure thorough quality management, secure product stability, and develop products that meet consumer demands. 


New Product Development

Through continuous market research both online and offline, we identify domestic and international trends and conduct idea testing. We are currently developing new products in various categories such as competitive surimi products (imitation crab meat, fish cakes), meat products, frozen foods, and HMR (Home Meal Replacement), based on food trend surveys.

Quality Inspection and Analysis

To ensure the consistent quality of our products, we regularly perform quality inspections and analysis experiments. Our priority is to inspect high-risk product categories susceptible to deterioration based on their specific characteristics. Additioonally, we establish product standards through verification experiments during the product development phase. 

  • Salted & Fermented Seafood, Dried Products, Noodles, Rice cakes: once a month inspection
  • Crab Flavored Surimi Stick, Meat Products: quarterly inspection
  • Frozen food: twice a year
